Build intelligent business infrastructure

Business process automation

Automating repeatable steps in your operations, such as data entry, approvals, routing and notifications.

Smart CRM and operational systems

CRM and operations tools configured or built around your pipeline, your customers and your service processes.

AI-powered knowledge bases

A searchable knowledge layer configured around your company's documents, policies and product information.

Custom dashboards and reporting

Dashboards that bring data from your systems into one view, built around the measures your team actually uses.

Workflow and application integrations

Connecting the applications you already use so information moves between them without re-keying. Supported platforms are confirmed per project.

Internal tools and systems

Purpose-built internal applications for processes that generic software doesn't handle well.

This is our service portfolio. Availability, scope and supported platforms are confirmed for each engagement during discovery.

Example system you can try

Operations Console

An after-sales console that sits between the ERP, the courier and the team's sheets: it matches shipments to cases, moves routine stages automatically and sends anything doubtful to a person. Try the working demo with invented data.

FAQs

Questions about Nexus Intelligence.

Can't find what you need? Ask us directly.

What exactly will you build for us?

That depends on your requirements. Engagements usually start with discovery, where we define what the system should do, which data it can use and what is out of scope. You receive a written scope before build work begins.

Can it integrate with the tools we already use?

Often, yes, but we don't assume. Feasibility depends on the platforms you use, the access they allow (for example APIs and user permissions) and your security requirements. We assess integrations during discovery and confirm what's possible before you commit.

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope and integrations. A focused assistant or dashboard is a smaller engagement than a multi-system build. You'll receive an estimated timeline with the proposal, after discovery.

How is our data handled?

The system only uses the data and sources you approve. Data access, storage and security requirements are agreed for each project and documented in the scope.

What support is available after launch?

We can provide ongoing maintenance and support, covering monitoring, updates and improvements, under a support agreement. If you would like the system operated for you day to day, Nexus Autopilot can take that on.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing is based on the agreed scope. Typical structures include a discovery fee, project-based implementation and an optional support retainer. We'll share a quote once we understand your requirements.
